This is the ninth level to have a secret exit, with the normal exit leading to Red Switch Palace, while the secret exit leads to Maze Cave 2 in Luigi's World.

The LevelEdit

In this level, Mario's controls are reversed, left is right, right is left. The level starts with you in the castle. At some point you'll encounter a floating platform which leads to the end of the room with a Midway Point and a red door. At the start of the next room, there is a prize box following a large lava pool with many obstacles on the way. At the end of the lava pool are a bunch of enemies. To defeat the level, you must defeat the boss.

Secret ExitEdit

You will need a cape Mario. In the boss room, fly up, and you'll see a gap in the ceiling. Fly through the gap and go through the green warp pipe, which leads to a large area with almost no floor. Fly across it, using the coins in the air as a guide, to reach the key and keyhole.
